"Horrible communication and lack of respect for customers. I would avoid this representative in Colorado. She does not care about her customers, and she doesnt even know some of them. There are numerous State Farm offices that actually care about their customers, Murchison's is not one of them. If you have any appreciation for integrity, respect and customer service, this is not the office for you. She'll take your payment, but you will never hear from her. Also be aware that if you leave a poor review, there will be little anonymous five star one sentence reviews that pop up within minutes...literally. They have to balance those numbers to look good! Edit: Ms. Murchisons reply is a lie. She, nor her office, ever contacted me until two days ago when I have been asking for help for weeks. When she did, she had the audacity to call me repeatedly within minutes rather than leaving a message like most people. Instead of pretending that you did not screw over a long time customer, maybe try accountability? She has the "integrity" to add reviews ...four to be exact, within minutes of my poor review. Pathetic business practice at best with that ever present hint of moral bankruptcy. Lying about your own "customer" is not a good look."
